MD of Bonnyville Property Tax Auction Feb 27th

The MD of Bonnyville has set the date for the Public Auction of Lands that haven’t paid property tax for February 27th.

Those who have property on the auction list still have until the day of to pay their taxes and get it back.

Sale conditions are as follows:

All sales are subject to the reserve bid and any conditions and/or reservations on the existing title; all properties are to be sold on an “as is, where is” basis as the municipality gives no warranty as to the adequacy of services, soil conditions, land use districting, building and development conditions, absence or presence of environmental contamination or the ability to develop the subject land for any use proposed by the purchaser. All sales are subject to the approval of Council.
