Lac La Biche County has opened up nominations for its second annual Junior Citizen of the Year Award.
Honouring exceptional citizens aged 18 and under, the winning nomination will get to ride with Santa in the County’s December 1st parade. To nominate a junior citizen, make sure you can describe why they should deserve the honour in five hundred words or less and have a few quotes from other people praising them as well.
