Cold Lake is seeing more houses built in 2017 compared to last year, but the MD of Bonnyville is seeing the opposite trend.
The city saw another thirteen housing starts in the third quarter of 2017, bringing the year to date total up to thirty eight, doubling last year’s total at this time of eighteen. The MD on the other hand, only saw fifteen starts in the quarter, for an annual total so far to twenty two. That compares to thirty eight starts in 2016.
