The Bonnyville & District Chamber of Commerce is holding a Forum for council candidates in the town on October 5th.
The forum will be held at Dr. Brosseau School with doors opening at 6:30 and the forum at 7. Mayor Gene Sobolewski has been re-elected unopposed, but in council, incumbents Ray Prevost, Jim Cheverie, Nestor Kunec, Lorna Storoschuk and Rene Van Brabant are being joined by Fire Chief Brian McEvoy, media personality Chad Colbourne, community volunteer Elisa Brosseau  and Dove Centre Director Morris Mickalyk for the six seats available.
