The MD of Bonnyville’s Agricultural Service Board has released more details about their Rural Beautification Award bus tour and barbecue scheduled for the 17th this month.
The tour will make stops at the winning residences of the rural beautification award as well as Rocky Meadows Country Getaway, Lynn Robb Strawberries Market Garden, Wakulchyk Brothers Saw Mill, the Kalinsky Mixed Farming Operation as well as some plots of land the Lakeland Agricultural Research Association is doing research on.
Lunch will be served at the Willow Prairie Hall and the tour will end with a barbecue at the Fort Kent Seniors’ Hall at 6:30. Pre-registration is required before the 11th and is twenty dollars per person. Call the MD office (780-826-3951) to book a seat.
