MD Selling Old Public Safety Building

The MD of Bonnyville Public Safety Department has moved into their new offices on Range Road 455. Now it’s time for the MD to sell off the old one.

The MD is accepting bids from people interested in the old building, located at 5004 – 54 Avenue in the town. The land area is 17,100 square feet and is zoned as Commercial Transition. The building, built in 1990, is 3,968 square feet, has two garage bays, a meeting room, offices, locker room and server room. Furniture is not included.

Sealed bids will be accepted until Friday, June 30, 2017 at 4:30 p.m. at the M.D. Administration Offices at 4905-50 Avenue in Bonnyville.
