MD Sending Women to Grazing School

The MD of Bonnyville is once again encouraging more women to find work in the agriculture industry.

The Ag Service board has put aside some money to sponsor ten women to attend Lakeland College’s grazing school in Vermliion from June 13th to 14th.

The two day event promotes the livestock industry and the important role women play within it.

Ag and Waste Director for the MD Matt Janz says it generates a good response and those ten spots are filling up fast. Eight have done so already.

Contact Janice at the Serivce Board’s office for more info.
