The Cold Lake Ambulance Society is marking EMS Week on the 27th by offering the community a barbecue in the Walmart parking lot.
The Society invites you to come by and enjoy a hotdog or burger by donation from 2 to 6. Kids can also bring their teddy bears to the “teddy bear clinic” where top teddy bear health professionals will give them a full checkup and repair. Moose the Medic will be on scene as well and the adults will be able to attend a blood pressure clinic. Those who stop by can get a tour of the new ambulance if they wish to as well.
Of course it wouldn’t be a community event without the most classic staple of them all. There will be free face painting from 2 to 4.
